corporate real estate transactions; an attorney involved in
corporate litigation for both local and national entities; and a
paralegal involved in corporate product liability defense. In
charge of organizing many office affairs, including scheduling
appointments, preparing legal documents and correspondence,
docketing cases and maintaining files. The job required knowledge

Responsible for time entries and associated billing activities for
all three legal professionals.

John is the attorney who represented Dick Bagan in all of his
personal and business matters.
Assist as secretary and paralegal in all of the activities
associated with Mr. Bloom's general civil practice.
Assist Mr. Bloom in relocating from his law firm in Columbia City
and integrating into his new partnership at Shambaugh Kast. This
included polling clients, pulling client files to integrate into

Serve as point person for the corporation and as paralegal to its
outside counsel in a breach of employment contract litigation.
Assemble and examine input from various managers, then draft and
