I manage and monitor outbound and inbound calls for the call center.

Including all of the sales representatives, the collection agents, the

customer service department and the verification agents. My job duties

include creating and sending out daily, weekly, and bi-weekly reports to

all the other management and the owner. I assist with the development of

the policies that are implemented among the company. I meet with

representatives to help them improve their quality and create time lines

for their production, and for what is expected of them. I work with the

sales manager and the director of operations to express to them my concerns

and the negative trends I hear from the reps and compile data reports that

outline strengths and weaknesses of the call center.

The reports I send out are the spreadsheets that I create when new job

duties are assigned to me. I have also been trained to cover for various

departments in the company including the Sales Administrators and the

oldest and most professional adventure company in the area. I was trained

extensively in the local plants, animals, history, and culture of the area.

I took tourist groups on the different adventure tours the company had to

offer. Including going on 1 to 10 day adventures on a kayak or extensive

hikes through the rainforest while teaching them about the location and

wildlife. I worked in a local gift shop selling indigenous artwork and

other small souvenirs the owner collected from local artists. I also sold

tours at the gift shop for the Adventure Company. While I worked in the

country I also lived in and managed an organic botanical garden and

campground. My job duties at the campground included greeting and managing

campers and volunteers. Getting the campers settled in and comfortable and

offering them opportunities to stay longer as a volunteer. I spent time

training the volunteers on the work that was needed of them and introducing

them to the local wildlife and people. Some light cooking and entertainment

provided.

Spent time on the sales floor helping customers with any advice and special

ordering they needed. Worked with the receiving department unpacking,
