requirements.

Vice President, Lending/Collections (1/2005 -2/2008)

Directed three departments including Consumer Lending, Asset

Protection and Real Estate. Implemented new loan origination system,

introduced risk-based lending, validated scorecard, developed new loan

training program, developed underwriting strategies and directed

vendor search for new collection system. Managed lending aspect of

merger with Atascadero Credit Union.

Consumer Lending Manager (2/2004 - 1/2005)

Managed direct and indirect lending functions to include management of

loan insurance programs, collateral management, loan training

programs, CUDL business development and regulatory compliance.

Indirect Lending Manager (2001 to 2003)

Managed the separation of the direct and indirect lending functions

into separate departments and developed business development team,

procedures manual, database to manage and process loan packages and an

indirect lending audit team.

Consumer Lending Manager (1997 to 2001)

Managed the direct and indirect lending functions. Assisted in the

development and validation of custom scorecard, directed search for

credit card vendor, managed loan insurance programs, developed access

channels for Home Equity Line of Credit products, and directed

Consumer Lending's Y2k risk assessment and testing.

Training and Development Analyst (1992 to 1997)

Developed and implemented skills testing program to evaluate success

of branch and department training programs and to assess the ability

of staff to maintain position or readiness to promote to next level.

Evaluated job requirements of each credit union position and assessed

record retention, share draft and payroll functions. Assisted with

mergers.
