Integral role in the creation and development of a

new EnCorr POC position. Identified a need for one

central contact for all communications being sent

out to clients/agents. Worked to develop roles and

responsibilities of this position. Outlined new

process for submission of communications requests

as well as developed spreadsheet tracking tool that

can also be utilized for metrics analysis.

Primary technical resource for EnCorr cleanup

project. Consolidated over 150 letters down to 6.

website redesign project. Joint project between TCM

and AFP which required gathering requirements from

Took the lead on Oracle table cleanup on this

project to resolve current production problem.

standalone AWD projects.
