Integral role in the creation and development of a

new EnCorr POC position. Identified a need for one

central contact for all communications being sent

process for submission of communications requests

Primary technical resource for EnCorr cleanup

workstations.

Led the Business Intelligence Client upgrade for

the TCM division. Worked closely with the

Integration Management team to ensure a correct

package was built. Assumed responsibility for all

testing, rollout efforts and post production issue

resolution for 800+ employees.

TCM AWD point of contact for Transamerica.com

website redesign project. Joint project between TCM

and AFP which required gathering requirements from

both divisions to ensure user acceptance. Worked

closely with project managers, developers, security

and end users to ensure requirements were

documented, approved and implemented as requested.

Took the lead on Oracle table cleanup on this

project to resolve current production problem.

Worked closely with end users and developers to

identify the problem and then with Security to

implement the fix.

Primary BA for over 35 projects assuming all duties

including requirements gathering, documentation,

test plan creation and execution, development,

implementation and post production issue

resolution. Also acted as project manager on

standalone AWD projects.

First point of contact for AWD system issues and

related server issues for over 800+ employees.
