I. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

PRESENTLY:

PROJECT MANAGER - ALGIERE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Inc.

A Texas based, national design/build company specializing in major hotel

renovations. Produce on time projects, while hotels are in operation,

managing every aspect from design, re-branding approvals, purchasing,

construction process, staff development, development of subcontractor base,

write scopes of work, subcontracts, and all construction documents through

project close out. Manage multiple major projects concurrently on both the

East and West Coasts with extensive experience in Los Angeles and New York

City municipal agencies having jurisdiction. Most projects have room counts

in excess of 375 rooms, plus public areas extensive renovation. Average

projects in excess of $10,000,000 each. Excellence demonstrated in dealing

with Hotel Operations, Management Companies, OAR's, as well as design and

construction teams. Master the challenges that hospitality renovation

A Southern California Developer and Builder mainly focused on large multi-

family condo projects in California and Nevada, both new construction and

condo conversion projects ranging in size from $7,000,000 to $29,000,000

each. Actively involved in the pre-construction entitlement phase, market

analysis, estimating, design stage, construction stage, risk management and

project close out. Am solely responsible for the development and training

of all construction staff. Primary responsibly is to produce profitable

DEVELOPMENT TEAM MANAGER - Los Angeles Unified School District, (Parsons-

SGI).

Manage, oversee and coordinate all facets of the pre-construction phase of

the development of New Construction school facilities projects. Am

Presently managing two Elementary Schools, one Middle School, and one High

California:

Managing multiple Elementary and High School projects from design stage

through contract close out. -- During the design stage, my primary

responsibility is to provide a product that encompasses the needs of the

School District while staying within budgetary constraints. Tasks involve

design management, performing constructability reviews, preparing bid

packages, writing or editing specifications, chairing meetings with the

District and the Architects, conducting administrative and management

functions to ensure a quality project.
