Skill Professional Attitude I do not take problems personally.
There is a solution to everything and I like finding
solutions. When an employee or vendor is unhappy and
frustrated, I try to ask questions to solve the problem as
soon as possible and if needed find a "happy medium" to
logically satisfy both the company and the customer.
Organization When product shipments arrive at the
warehouse, it is time to put good organization skills to
practice. I like to "make sense" in the warehouse by
receiving/pricing merchandise in a logical consistent
manner. I also like to make sure that the price lists are
up-to-date and available. Great organization skills make
it possible to multi-task and operate efficiently when
things get quite hectic.
Communication Good communication is essential within the
company as well as with our customers. I have learned to
communicate clearly and to also listen well to avoid
problems and work efficiently both with customers and our
store team.
Investigation/Motivation This is one of my favorite
skills! I love the challenges when dealing with bank
reconciliation and resolving accounting errors or
discrepancies. I try my very best to be as
detail-oriented and meticulous in order to solve any given
problem. It is a great feeling of accomplishment when
success is achieved.
