Worked in the adult ICU managing ventilators, as well as performing

basic respiratory therapy, such as breathing treatments, suctioning,

and chest physiotherapy. Performed Arterial blood draws and line

placements, performed CPR in code situations, set up ventilators,

assisted in bronchoscopys with attending, and also performed

electrocardiograms.

The agency would call me in the need of short staffed hospitals. I

worked in the adult ICU's as well as general floors. I performed

breathing treatments, electrocardiograms, suctioning, chest

physiotherapy, and ventilator assessments. I was also the lead in the

Hospice Ventilator Release Program. I would meet with the family at

the hospital, arrange for transport with the Hospice nurse and have

them transported to the Hospice facility. I then worked side by side

with the RN on call.

ICU's as well as the Neonatal ICU, and Pediatric ICU. I performed all

necessary treatments to patients as well as maintained the

placements. I ran codes, traumas and high risk deliveries.
