WORK EXPERIENCE

Freije Treatment Systems

Residential Sales Specialist Greenfield, IN

8/2010 - Present

As an Inside Sales Representatives, I assist residential customers in

determining their need for our products in response to our nationwide

marketing campaign. As I understand the prospect's water and home

situation more in detail, I then sell on the benefits and aspects that will

most closely match those situations. Recommending the right product for

that situation follows. If necessary, I will call that prospect back to

process their order.

This requires a positive attitude as well as analytical problem solving

through a series of investigative questions and extensive product

knowledge. Mental toughness and the ability to think on my feet are vital

attributes that help in this role.

Blackbaud, Inc.-eTapestry

Sales Account Executive Indianapolis, IN

3/2007 - 8/2010

As a New Sales Account Executive, I am responsible for developing and

closing new sales opportunities within the Not-for-Profit (NFP) sector. As

a key contact and liaison for potential clients during the initial sales

process, generating leads via travel and cold calling to close deals over

the phone and via the Internet is my main responsibility. I take potential

clients through a consultative sales approach that maximizes the return on

investment and insures the client will be a good fit for the product.

Traveling to conferences and presenting seminars on a monthly basis allows

me to generate leads and show the value added tool that our main product

and its components can provide.

Responsibilities include:

. Selling modules, training, and related services to new nonprofit

clients in a defined geographic territory.

. Establishing and maintaining key account relationships.

. Serving as existing clients secondary point of contact, and working

with other departments as needed to provide answers and service.

. Providing return on investment (ROI) solutions in the form of product

and service proposals.

. Continuously updating and maintaining active deals for pipeline

management, daily activity and forecast data.

. Staying abreast of changes in NFP markets which impact products or

services

Kehe Food Distributors

Sales Representative Muncie, IN

1/2003 - 3/2007

As a Sales Representative, my duties include calling on accounts weekly or

bi-weekly to sell and order the products that will be needed for that week.

Every two weeks I sell various products and/or programs to managers and

provide my expertise in merchandising that inventory. During the holiday

season (Thanksgiving through New Years), I sell a program to each store

that outlines their projected needs. I have an inventory of nearly 11,000

different products, with a potential of 35,000, that are available to my

accounts. With this many different products, I have to control which ones

are right for the individual stores. I also maintain a weekly report of

what was sold during the previous week, what was damaged, and what products

went out of code. Merchandising these products in the best possible selling

locations is also an asset I provide to the customer.

INRANGE Global Consulting

Recruiter/Researcher Carmel, IN

10/2001 - 10/2002

As a researcher, I gathered information for the recruiters on potential

leads for clients that were looking to fill vacant positions. Referrals,

cold calling, and searching the extensive database were the primary methods

used. I did this on a part-time basis as an internship while attending

college. The summer before graduating, I was offered the position of a full

recruiter. As a recruiter, I researched potential employees and directly

interviewed them for possible placement in the IT and consulting fields.
