OBJECTIVE:
My immediate goal is to build and improve my CAD Design skills more
efficiently and effectively by utilizing proven methods, techniques and the
latest industry tools available. I am also looking forward to being a part

I have 15 year's professional experience using AutoCAD, LDD. (13yrs. in
Civil.) I also have hand drawing experience, red-line revisions for
resubmitting and hand changes to approved plans

- Discuss, plan and schedule design parameters with Project Engineer and
client
- Set up and prepared complete set of working drawings. Including
background drawings, sections, details
and full plan and profile.
- Scale Architect site plan to be incorporated it into the proposed
engineered site
- Check Architects site met with City, County and Fire Dept. Design
standards.
- Check that the site adherers to the Design Review approval letter
- Prepared rough design of initial utility, grading, and profile design
- Created legal exhibits for easements or the vacation / dedication of land
- Maintained company detail standards
- Coordinate plan check comments from clients and local entities
- Manage and maintain plan files and make revisions and update construction
drawings as needed
- Maintained project submittals
- Pick up red lines from Project Engineers
