Managing Director:
Mr. Schrader is currently the Managing Director for Project Management,
Western Division, and was appointed to assist the group develop and expand
Cushman & Wakefield's accounts in both the corporate and private sectors
via clients from both the local region and abroad. Mark is experienced in
Project Management and Facilities Planning for many major corporate
accounts both globally and locally and has been involved in developing
Workplace Strategies for the individual business units within the companies

Managed major transactions with brokers including site evaluations,
reports, selection criteria and Real Estate acquisitions & disposals. Real
Estate transactions included partnerships, trusts, private equity interests
shared with public funding, and direct purchases. Major site acquisitions
for the first time included those in dense urban areas including the
"cornfields" site in downtown Los Angles.
On the development side was responsible for the Operational and Capital
Budget expenditures in excess of $250 million for locations throughout
California. Coordinated facility needs analysis and project management;

efficiencies, design, building services reports, workspace requirements,

Working in conjunction with the Ford Motor property group realigned the
bank portfolio consolidating existing administrative functions into one new
ground up 277,000 s.f. West Sacramento campus resulting in annual savings
of over 10 million. Managed the US primary data center located in Folsom,
California ensuring 24/7 operations were maintained throughout the country.
Facilitated business unit relationships in multiple states throughout the
US in order to meet their respective real estate goals and objectives from
briefing, design and documentation on through to contract administration.
