Education:
Bachelors degree in engineering (BSMET) from the University of Southern
Colorado in Pueblo. Graduated 1992 with honors: Cum Laude, National
Dean’s List and Who’s Who among Universities and Colleges.
Skills:
Proficient with MS Office programs. Computer literate and adapt quickly to
new software. Excellent writing, communication, leadership and problem
solving skills. Strong mathematical and statistical analysis capabilities.

DoD Contractor - Work History:
December 2008 – July 2010: Operations Specialist
Mazar E Sharif Feb 28 – Current (Fluor Corp): Responsible for
coordinating employee ground and air transportation, established procedures
and protocols for personnel and cargo to access ISAF base (Marmal).
Responsible for Daily Sit-Rep, Accountability Rosters, Incident reporting,
Photography and documenting events and projects, Billeting, Customer
Service and referral, Track and preliminary approval for all scheduled leaves
(designed spreadsheet).
Bagram April 23- February 27 2010(KBR): QuEST Cell Operations.
Responsible for Tracking, Reporting and Documentation for Grounding and
Bonding Project (Top Priority) for all FOB’s in Afghanistan.
Reports: Daily Sit Rep, Progress Report and FAM Update charts, Electrical
Incident Reports. and 82nd Executive Roll-up. Developed trackers for
training, statistical analysis and R&R’s . Completed Training and granted
access to Maximo, One Stop and EMTS data bases. Reported directly to
KBR Management team daily.

Aug 2007-Dec 2008 (KBR): Construction Inspector
FOB Salerno: Performed Construction assessments for new construction
projects coordinated the material requisitions for ongoing projects,
scheduled and submitted TMR’s as needed to keep steady work flow.
Submitted Daily Sit Rep, ACL Reports, Good news stories and Cost Saving
initiative reports. When Department downsized I assumed the
administration responsibilities and duties for a reorganized Department.
Including Afghan 1st, department accountability and counseling statements.
Oct 2005-July 2007 (KBR): Plumber
Bagram: Performed mostly O&M missions but did some new construction at
the BTIF and the RSOI D-Fac.
Other - While in Afghanistan:
Completed - 30hr OSHA – Construction course, Maximo/Steam certificate,
Archiving with Express, CHORDA MAP training, Scaffold competent
person training, First Aid and CPR instructor.
