1. Thirty-eight months as a Senior SCA or SCA with KBRS in Iraq
2. Administered Master Agreements, work releases and subcontracts for BLS
services and TTM equipment.
3. Developed RFP's, Change Orders, Terminations for Default and for
Convenience, Stop Work Orders, Cure Notices, and monitored vendor
performance.
4. Conducted market research for vendors, products and services.
5. Instituted a Legal Concepts Training Program for the SCA group at
Joint Base Balad.

on the KBR eight-tab Procurement File System.
