Coordinator
Direct report to Plant Manager
Assignment consists of providing administrative support to the Plant
Manager. Production Leads / Maintenance, QA Lead and Shipping Coordinator
in a NEW PLANT start up.
Accounting - Create purchase orders, receive all materials, produce and
confirm bill of ladings, provide customer support to suppliers, reconcile
invoices, assist corporate accounting with all bills, purchase materials,
complete internal sales orders, receive freight charges, ability to meet
end of the month in a timely manner, data entry and record keeping.
Created and maintained excel spreadsheets.
Human Resources - Receive applications, review and sort applications per
qualification, schedule interviews, planned and executed agendas for
interview process, test applicants (problem solving tests), process
applicants through drug and criminal background checks, organize and
prepare new hire orientation which include benefits and training. Process
timecards for 36 employees, maintain attendance records, maintain employee
production schedules, maintain all employee records, and assist hourly
employees with daily issues. Manage temp labor scheduling and timecards.
Maintain and complete reports for State when funding benefits are offered.
Maintain SQF records in relation to HR demands. Assist plant manager with
employee coaching. Lead product donations with Plant Managers approval.
Active in community services as company representative.
Inventory - Count finished goods inventory daily. Provide reports to plant
Manager and Corporate for sales and shipping schedules. Count Raw
Materials weekly. Suggest adjustments and ordering needs to plant
manager.
Shipping - Created Shipping department, receive truckers, prepare pick list
& waybills. Load trucks. Organize finished goods inventory in warehouse.
Schedule loads into plant dealing with multiple transportation firms.
Administrative - Answer phones, manage all incoming guest and guest
records, give plant tours as directed, planned and organize all employee
meetings, dinners, picnics, parties and reward functions. Design and
maintain reports for production, hours, employee information, other.
