2010 - Present

Responsible for management of exploration department. Senior technical

lead in copper porphyry and copper skarn/replacement exploration geology,

geochemistry, mine materials characterization, and remediation. Plans and

executes drilling programs for copper, gold, and molybdenum exploration.

Provides capital and operating expense estimations for future district-wide

exploration budgets. Technical skills in exploration; preparing scopes of

work, developing plans of action, budgeting, overseeing drilling

activities, mapping and report generation. Limited proficiency in MineSight

and acQuire software. Manages and supervises five other exploration

geologists, geotechnical support crews and two exploration drilling crews.

Performs quality control for assay information. Performs weekly reporting

SA de CV at the Palmarejo Mine in Chihuahua Mexico to help delineate and

map the local mine geology and vein structures on the periphery of the

immediate mine area. Petrographic results will be used to compare

theoretical geochemical epithermal model to real field data. Also

conducting mapping and sampling to establish condemnation program for

future final tailings dam.

thesis work in an area of southwest Chihuahua, Mexico near the

Palmarejo Mine.

. Identified widespread quartz-vein occurrences radial to a nearby

Tertiary porphyry intrusion.

Contract employee to the City of Phoenix responsible for quality assurance

for environmental compliance for all City of Phoenix Streets Transportation

Department projects. Directs on-call consultants and other city staff to

ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality control requirements are

met.

2001- 2005

Contract employee to the Arizona Department of Transportation responsible

for supervision of permitting of 80+ FHWA transportation projects each

valued from $0.5 to 1.5 million. Supervised environmental permitting and

approved cost estimates for preparation of NEPA documents and technical

support documents for state and local projects. On behalf of the FHWA,

developed relationships with community leaders to assist local governments

with Transportation Enhancement grant applications and construction of the

respective projects.
