prepare tax forms during tax season, etc. During this time I also served as
the Corporate Secretary of BDC, Inc. from January 2009 to August 2009.

Worked as a paralegal for the in-house counsel at Royal Palm Capital Group
for almost a year until the counsel left the company and I was taken over
by Royal Palm as the Executive Assistant/Office Manager and Bookkeeper for
all their subsidiaries until the business was closed in late 2007. I was
also the leason for the German speaking investors.

Worked as Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at the German
Consulate in Denver, Colorado.
