Excel/Oracle databases and provided coordination and escalation of helpdesk
tickets. Responsible for Tiers 1,2,3, and engineering levels in CA-
Unicenter (external helpdesk ticketing system). Maintain detailed records
of service and site contacts to support conflict resolution through RIPMS
(Oracle database). Fully responsible for Army/Navy Field Service
Representatives
in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Highlights:
Integration: Coordinated with Army/Navy Project Officers to initiate
Implementation of portable workstations and software upgrades.
Successfully delegated tasks for scheduling the distribution,
communications, and training for multiple sites nationally and abroad.
Service Quality: Communicated with multiple Project Officers pertaining to
the scope of projects for each particular site, included: the planning,

Financial: Semi-annually successfully operate on a $1.9 million budget
through aggressively implementing and improving the quality of products and
services of over 156 systems. Initiate procurement request with General
Services Administration (GSA) for additional request to supplement
requirement and to replace loss or damaged components coordinated with
Armed Forces Project Officers. Review CLIN sheets as necessary to prevent
mishaps that could delay the implementation process.
NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND - Washington, DC 2001 - 2004
Database Manager/Office Manager
Support Navy Ships and Submarine initiative in the fleet for readiness
during classified operations. Migrated old system over to Navy Marine
Corps Intranet (NMCI). Oversee Remedy Database installation, training and
Technical Writer for the Business Service Center and the Department of
Ocean-Engineering. Highlights of achievements:
Inventory: Performed inventory assessment of the department's workstations
and components such as surge protectors in efforts to initiate the
implementation of NMCI. Reviewed CLINS sheets according to departments
budget in efforts to accommodate requirements based on individuals
workloads. Incorporated project life cycles to execute phases defining the
fundamental and lower level objectives prior to implementation.

Installation and Training: Collaborated in a cross-functional team in
efforts to provide a customer based and employee helpdesk tracking system
called Remedy. This database was in efforts to track task assignment to a
particular individual within the Business Services Center and to utilize
the data during annual performance appraisals. Installed and configured
workstations throughout the command. Provide training in classroom setting
and offering a hands-on approach to support this initiative.
Analysis: Performed analysis by generating Oracle reports by Remedy
helpdesk calls in efforts to determine bottleneck processes within Business
Service Centers to determine the most productive centers. Routed helpdesk
calls based on employee knowledge in troubleshooting within Tiers 1, 2, or
3 levels. Received awards for successfully implementing and training
users on the Remedy database.
Technical Writer: Composed all documentation, correspondence and
directives for the Department of Ocean-Engineering receiving numerous
awards and accolades.
