Managed implementation of Honda’s Freight Bill Audit and Financial Settlement
S tatement which revolutionized Honda’s accounts payable process for North American
T ransportation from paper invoices requiring manual approval to an automated
electronic solution.
Key Stakeholder with requirements gathering, process f lows, QA/UA testing and
i mplementation for Honda’s Load Planning Client which has created $2.5 million in
annual cost savings to Honda’s supply chain.
Key stakeholder in project planning, gap analysis, QA/UA testing and implementation
for Honda’s Electronic US Customs Clearance solution to provide electronic clearance of
goods entering the US from Canada.
Project Lead managing all facets of CEVA’s New Model/Prototype Managed
T ransportation project. Honda has recognized an average cost saving of 25% per
shipment since implementation. Project secured an additional $750,000 in gross
annual revenue for CEVA.
Key stakeholder in requirements gathering, functional documentation and process
f lows for Electronic Shipment Request solution to provide Honda a web based user
i nterface to request critical t ransportation needs through CEVA’s Customer Web
Portal. Project is schedule for QA/UA testing in December of 2010.
Project Lead for Japanese Supply Parts Management. End solution will provide
t racking and visibili ty of supply parts from Japan to Honda’s supply base in the US.
