WORK EXPERIENCE
Lockheed Martin MS2 Division 1Mar2010 to Present
Metal Worker(N594) for PTDS, EQ-36 and JSF
Essential Functions:
Over the past 4 months I have worked extensively on the GCS(Ground Control
System) and TMOS(Test and Maintenance System) trailers for the PTDS System
From installing the video systems to running the under floor cables and
using wiring diagrams and schematics to complete the job. Also I have done
the retro fit of the electrical system on MEP-806-Bravo series generators
that power the PTDS System.
EQ-36 Counter fire Target Acquisition Radar, I have assembled part of this
system using wiring diagrams and Engineering blueprints.
JSF(Joint Strike Fighter F-35) I have worked on this project strictly
dealing with the flight simulation stations for the F-35, I have assembled
these simulators using engineering blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Uses panel department tools to assemble high quality reflectors.
Procures parts and materials needed to accomplish job.
Removes and replaces some operating equipment.
Adjusts some equipment to satisfy job needs.
Performs some activities required for rigging and lifting parts and
equipment.
Performs miscellaneous tasks that require manually moving materials, tools
and equipment.
Performs tasks that require the use of hand and power tools.
Performs work area clean-up and safety related duties.
Communicates with various personnel concerning assembly and processes.

Hazmat Tech
-Reports directly to the ESH Offices Lead Safety/Investigator Specialist
and is responsible
for maintaining the overall operation of the Hazardous Material Collection
Point for the
Maintenance Department. Implements and enforce programs, policies,
procedures and
processes in support of the Maintenance Department environmental
strategies, including
but not limited to: waste management, waste minimization, hazardous
materials
compliance, and assistance with other general environmental tasks.
1. Maintains good working knowledge of a wide variety of environmental
regulations
company and department policies, and issues.
2. Maintain the Maintenance Department HAZMAT Collection Point IAW all
applicable
publications.
3. Responsible for the collection and turn in of all waste petroleum
products within the
Maintenance Department. This includes all associated documentation.
4. Will interface at various organizational levels and with shop and

Specialist personnel.
5. Will be responsible for scheduling turn in of waste material and
preparing and
maintaining all required documentation.
Dec 2001 - Aug 2009 U.S.Navy Pearl Harbor, United States
Engineman Mechanic
While stationed in Pearl Harbor, I worked and performed maintenance on
MEP-806-Alpha Series and MEP-806-Bravo series generators. From
replacing turbo's to timing belts and fuel injectors to doing routine
maintenance such as oil changes and replacing fuel filters and air
filters.
Also while stationed in Pearl Harbor, I worked and performed Maintenance
on multiple ECU'S(Environmental Control Units) all were 8 and 5 ton
BTU'S units. I replaced the hermetic compressors and txv's and changed
out the R-22 on theses units.
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges,
and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic
wrenches, lathes, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.
Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other
important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.
Adjust and reline brakes, align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and
reassemble equipment.
Raise trucks, buses, and heavy parts or equipment using hydraulic jacks
or hoists.
Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and
lubricating equipment and machinery.
Test drive trucks and buses to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that
they are working properly.
Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety
devices.
Attach test instruments to equipment, and read dials and gauges to
diagnose malfunctions.
Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose
malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers, motor
analyzers, chassis charts, and pressure gauges.
Inspect, repair, and maintain automotive and mechanical equipment and
machinery such as pumps and compressors.
