Branch Manager
-As a Branch Manager I took on a failing branch that was consistently
coming up short on sales and costing the company money. In two months I
turned it around to a branch that wasn't loosing money but making money.
In the past year we've had some ups and downs but mostly steadily
improving. I currently have a sales growth over 1000% and look to stay
there again this week. My branch is always at or near the top performers
in our district. I've help create a can do attitude in my branch where we
feel we will continually be considered one of the best branches in our
area. My branch has a lot of long term customers in place with some good
strategic accounts setup to ensure it's continued success.
