Thank you for the opportunity to apply for the position of . With over 5
years of experience in a non-profit education facility. My strong
leadership skills, managerial and relationship building experience provide
the direction that any company would find valuable.
I am the Senior Sales Manager at Discovery World with a sales staff of 3
full time and 7 part-time educators for outreach programs. I am responsible
for all aspects of the organization's sales and educational efforts. I
formed the sales/ outreach education department, which is still unique to
non-profits organizations. The innovative strategies implemented by my team
have achieved measurable improvements to summer camps, school groups and
the adult tour groups. I achieved this success by creating unique follow-up
campaigns and building relationships with contacts.
My pragmatic approach and alliance building philosophy are the necessary
tools that I have used with creating relationships with teachers,
principals and superintendents. I have also created and coordinated all
details for networking events at Discovery World. In the past year I
created with WEAC, an evening affair during the Teachers' Convention and I
produced a Superintendents Networking Event.
I believe I bring a fresh approach to alliance building and public policy
work. After reviewing my qualifications, I hope that we will have an
opportunity to discuss these qualifications in more detail. Thank you again
for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Stacy Mills
