Senior Design Engineer, Tecmark Corporation

. Designed several microprocessor based controls including a therapy

tub control, pedicure spa control, wireless 915MHz 1HP load switching

thermostat.

. I function as the liaison for Tecmark to all certification agencies

including UL, CSA, ETL, TUV. Some of the responsibilities include

Opening projects

Testing to standards prior to agency testing

Handling follow-up service visits

Modifying necessary files due to product changes

. Designed an automated tube coiler to remove labor cost from the

production floor. This included

HMI user interface to control tube coiling parameters

PLC controlled motor drives

. To give technical support to the Customer Support Engineering

department. This includes many facets of responsibility, some of which

include, design, repair, troubleshooting and resolving component

obsolescence of products.

. Designed and programmed an optical based FIFO system that would allow

for correlation of multiple assembly lines.

. Designed a hardware based system that would track bottle slippage on

an assembly line and would then compensate for the slippage allowing for

accurate rejection of bottles.

. Designed and programmed a PLC based perform material handling system

that integrated a touch screen user interface and wireless remote access.

. Received the "Innovation Award" for a circuit design that would allow

for correlation of multiple assembly lines to a vision based inspection

system.

I also have extensive experience in video and film production and I have

used these capabilities at Pressco in their marketing and advertising

department. I have been called upon to create several industrial video

pieces for trade shows and salesmen promotional collateral. I have also

created high energy, impactful training materials for the field service
