partners including Norfolk Public Schools, Norfolk Division of Social Services, Norfolk Court
Service Unit, plus other human services agencies and professionals with goal of raising

develop and grow clinical youth services to assist youth and families struggling with mental
health and substance abuse issues; this includes case management for severely emotionally
disturbed youth, court liaison services for youth and parents, therapy and case management for
youth in juvenile detention and oversight of funds to contract with private providers to provide
wrap around services for youth and families to stabilize and maintain them in their
homes/community. Responsible for ongoing supervision of prevention and youth services

serve juvenile offenders throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. This included program
and facility designs, presentations, budget development, policy and procedures development,
staffing, implementation, orientation and ongoing training, supervision of staff and community
and public relations. Participated as a member and/or leader of Alternative Behavioral Services/
First Corrections Development Team to respond to Requests for Proposals and implement new
