Lenox Collections is a division of Lenox China, catering to an
international collectables market.
Initially hired as a quality control inspector, I was reassigned a number
of times over the years to areas that were weak or in need of some
reorganization. During that time I served as a lead in shipping and
receiving, the returns department, and ended as manager of the samples
department. Additionally, I am OSHA certified and proficient on a broad
range of material moving equipment.

I trained and supervised thirty employees involved in a variety of tasks,
primarily decaling, hand painting, and gold banding. I introduced new
techniques that improved productivity and consistency.
