• Responsibility included establishing resource utilization profiles for reporting and analysis. This was

accomplished by working with UNIX and Windows administrators and engineers to schedule batch jobs for

gathering data statistics.

• Configured and managed BMC’s Patrol Performance software used to gather real-time statistics for SUN,

UNIX, and Windows server environments. Successfully used the analytics to provide disk growth up to three

years for the SAP and ORACLE application environments.

• Developed forecasting reports that were used during budget time frames when ordering capacity for UNIX

and SUN server environments. Monitored operational status of systems to work with system and application

owners to perform root cause analysis when irregularities occurred such as spikes in disk usage or memory

decline due to run-away processes.
