Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Vice President of
Operations and his direct reports.
. Duties consisted of: Coordinating monthly meetings and one-on-one's via
telephone conference and in-house meetings. Controlled logistics for
Operations related conferences ranging between 150 - 250 participants.
Maintained Sr. VP's business calendar, in addition to the Operations
Global and Travel and calendars. Coordinated all domestic and
international travel, issuing of boarding requests, port pass letters,
and appropriate travel documents for Sr. VP and other executive staff.
