1. Designed horizontal conveyor wet processing systems including:
- Resist Strip/Alkaline Etch/Tin Strip Systems to manufacture printed
circuit boards
- Ferric Chloride Etch Systems to etch parts out of metallic sheets
2. Control Package: either Relay Logic with a push-button interface or
Allen Bradley PLC
with a Panelview Touchscreen HMI. PLC included modem to allow
updates/troubleshooting from the home office.
3. Assisted plant technicians in wiring/troubleshooting systems in
testing phase of production.
4. Met with customers during visits to our facility, often during testing
phase. Received phone calls from customers with problems/additions to
PLC programming.
