Manager Production
Safety Apparel is recommended converter of E.I. DuPont products NOMEX
and KEVLAR. We produce body armor, tactical protection vests made with
Kevlar Fabric which light weight, flexible, bullet resistant protection. We
produce combat heat resistant gloves, multiple threat protection products
which blocking puncture and stab wounds. We also produced heat resistant
gloves with Nomex combination for a wide range of application i.e. jet
fighter pilot Nomex flyers heat resistant gloves and flame resistant
clothing produce for the industrial worker safety and fire fighter flame
resistant clothing turnout gear, EMS wear, station wear and accessories.
Safety Apparel also specialized to produce CORDURA Fabrics and CORDURA
apparels i.e. active wear, athletic, hunting, fishing and apparels for the
military and tactical.
As production manager my responsibilities were to manage the plans
production meetings, production activities, worker schedules, machine
maintenance schedules and maintain budges and product quality.
As manager production I was advice to oversee the entire production
plant and observed that the safety standards are being maintained and that
workers are abiding workplace safety rules.
As manager production I had to make sure the production is meeting
the levels of quality demanded by the customers and investigate the root
cause that if quality is not met and procure a solution. It was also
include in my responsibility to make sure new policies and programs are
being followed and must provide training to meet better requirements
demanded by customers.

Manager R & D and Business Promotion
As Manager R&D and Business Promotion my responsibilities are to
develop the local and nation wide sales and marketing network, develop the
relation with the machine manufacturers and approach to them for the sole
agent ship for the company. Application of the machine in there
appropriate sector for the Apparel and Upholstery industry, Installation of
the machines and to meet after sales issues.
Thoroughly study the client's problems and give them an ultimate
solution which will effectively reduce the Labor cost, human error, time
wastage and as well as minimize the wastage of materials through the
automation.
The projects were introduced in Apparel and Upholstery industry
mattress manufacturing machines (Umit Makina Turkey), Longitudinal and
Cross Sectional Automatic Machines (Schemale Germany) for the bed sheets
and towel industry, Ozon Generator for the denim washing process.

Manager Technical Department
A company with two independent vertically integrated knitwear
manufacturing plants and also the most modern and sophisticated factory in
South East Asia with a total capacity of 500,000 garments per month.
As Manager Technical my responsibilities were to manage the both
electrical and mechanical maintenance dept, resource allocation and
management, preparation of daily & weekly machine check reports,
preparation of technical specifications for local & international purchase,
establishing schedule strategy and Issuing maintenance schedule,
controlling and managing project activities & integrating engineering,
weekly and monthly meetings & schedule up dating and Corrective action
planning & continuous checking for critical items.
The capacity of both units is more than 10-tons/day for both fabric &
yarn dyeing. Being manager of the electrical and mechanical maintenance
department, I have been involved in Overhauling, Installation, Testing,
Commissioning and preventive maintenance of all relevant Machineries.
During that time I introduced preventive maintenance techniques so we could
overcome the frequently coming machine problems.
Manager CAD/CAM Department
My responsibilities were to arrange technical training sessions on the
various operations of Automatic Industrial Sewing Machine and usage of
different folder, Multi Head Embroidery Machine (Tajima), Overhead Garments
Transportation System consist of 450 stations and Implementation of
Investronica CAD/CAM/CIM (Apparel Pattern Designing and Auto Cutting
System) in both woven & knitwear production plant also Pattern Designing,
Pattern Adjustment for production, Fabrics Planning and Total Cutting on
Markers Generated by the Investronica CAD/CAM System. Special control on
Cutting Production, Fabric Consumption and maintaining to achieve the
target of 25,000(Knitted) & 3000(Woven) PCS per day approximately.
Specification monitoring of cut and stitched garments.
Technical support activities included System Installation,
Investronica (CAD/CAM/CIM System) Plotter and MRT (Hanger Transport System)
Maintenance and Service.

Sales & System Engineer Alkhawaja Apparel Technologies. (Jordan)
Sales marketing activities including support of all computers based
Textile & Apparel machinery in all Qualified Industrial Zones (QIZ) in the
Jordan, including marketing, pre-sales planning layout designing of
computerized Investronica CAD/CAM/CIM System and Barudan (Multihead
Computerized Embroidery Machine). As an engineer my responsibilities was
also to approach the different machinery manufacture and develop the
relation with them for the sole distribution ship.
Technical support activities included system installation,
commissioning Orientation, Application & Operation Training of CAD/CAM/CIM
System Maintenance and Service.

Sales & System Engineer Almurtaza Machinery Company, LTD.
My responsibilities was pre-sales activities and layout planning of
CAD/CAM/CIM based Apparel cutting system Investronica Sistemas Products,
Unit Production System MRT (Overhead Garments Transportation System),
Tajima (Computerized Multihead Embroidery Machine) and DG/ML (Tajima
Embroidery Punching Software) from Japan, Pulse Micro System (Embroidery
Punching Software) from Canada and Cintex (Metal Detector Machine) from
USA.
Technical support activities were to meet the after sales issues
included Investronica CAD/CAM/CIM System, Tajima (Computerized Multihead
Embroidery Machine), Cintex (Metal Detector Machine) and overhead garments
transportation System MRT Installation, Operators Training, Application
and Hardware Maintenance Support and Service in the region.
Since Almurtaza Machinery Co., Ltd. became sole agent in Pakistan for
Investronica CAD/CAM/CIM System product, I was chosen as Sales & System
Engineer for the Investronica Sistemas Products in the region, at that time
GGT was holding the 100% market share in Pakistan but within the year we
got 50% share of the market. First time I introduced CAD System in Pakistan
Leatherwear manufacturing Industry with a phenomenon to minimize the time
wastage for Patterns Designing and Grading. We sold thirty-five CAD Systems
and one with patterns cutting plotter AC-1000 (Mutoh) only to Leatherwear
Manufacturer Industry Sialkot (Pakistan).
My Sales achievements in Almurtaza Machinery Co., were 35
Investronica CAD/CAM System, One Hundred Station consist INVESMOVER
(Overhead Garments Transport System), 12 Tajima (Embroidery Machines),
Three Cintex metal detector machines, Four Pulse Micro System (Embroidery
Software) and Two DG/ML (Tajima Embroidery Software).

Jet Printers Willet (UK). My responsibilities were to establish a well-
equipped workshop for the supporting of after sales issues.
Sales marketing activities were Pre-sales Planning, Layout Designing,
application and installation of Monarch and Willet printers. Synchronizing
the Bar Code printers with the clients existing networks, developing the
bar codes as per client's requirements for the inventory control system.
Synchronizing the Willet continue ink jet printer with client existing
manufacturing units. Willet ink jet printers widely use in pharmaceutical
and food industries for the bar code and instructions matter printing with
food graded ink.

I completed six months On Job Training in Eastern Telecommunications
Philippines Inc, after training worked as Assistant Engineer. I was
involved in rout designing of fiber optics lines between Manila to Rizal
city and in logical switching systems.
