I have over 13 years of experience working in a customer service

environment. Within those 8 years I have learned to work well with

customers and my fellow co-workers. I communicate well because I am

I am currently self employed and running my own business.

I have been responsible for

marketing and recruiting new business as needed. I also

take all inventory of products and keep track of cost. I

have hired two employees and work with them on training

and scheduling as well as payroll. I also do all office

paper work and invoices

My responsibilities as Store manager were overseeing the

entire store and its staff. I made sure that customer

service was top priority and kept the team motivated

through creativity. I was responsible for store execution

and made sure it was presentable at all times. I kept

strong communication with my district manager. I also

communicated and acted on the company's visions and

policies. I was responsible for the store's team with

scheduling and recruiting.

I was on the store opening team where I would travel to

new stores and direct the opening process; I would be in

charge of 18 to 25 people making sure the store opening

process ran smoothly. In an event where something went

wrong I was required to make decisions quickly to correct

the problem. When the store was all complete I would

present it to the district and regional managers

As Store Manager I was responsible for all the employees

and their schedules. I also communicated company policies

and store goals. I did audits on different lines of

product and reordered if needed. I did all of the

merchandising and displays. I also made sure there was

great customer service at all times.

My primary Responsibilities were exceeding sales goals

and enforcing company policies. I was accountable for all

the employees with scheduling, hiring and firing. I was

responsible for receiving shipment and merchandising the

product correctly. I kept great communication with my

District Manager and home office.
