Selected Achievements & Skills

Completed launch of marketing programs. While serving a store manager with
Bally's Aladdin's Castle I was able to take a location that has zero
participation in company marketing programs, completely recruit and train a
sales staff and gain a promotional sales ranking of second in its district
and 20th out of 350 locations nationwide.
Streamlined tracking & response time for work orders and trained staff: As
Product Development Manager for Universal Tubular Systems (1999 - 2002) I
had developed a database to track prototype sample shipment details and
trained a team that reduced our sample and quote turn-around time to 14
days or less for all key customer accounts. I also trained 700 employees in
basic ISO-9001 methodology in preparation for plant certification.
As Product Manager for Burner Systems International (2002 - 2009): I
maintained designs and profitability over $25MM in sales of custom tubing
and fittings and $35MM in sales of die-cast Top-Burners for cooking
applications for customers such as Whirlpool, Electrolux and General
Electric. I also wrote work instructions and trained product development
participants in project procedures to improve documentation and product
launches.
Skills: Exceptionally strong computer, written and verbal communication
