OBJECTIVE

Provided technical support as part of the Pilot Plant Operations group;
responsibilities included set up and operation of processing equipment to
support pilot plant functions. Experienced with high shear granulators,
powder encapsulation machines, tablet compression machines, co-mils and
fluid bed dryers.
Managed the supply of common stock excipients in the formulation
development raw materials warehouse; responsibilities included
communicating with material coordinators, placing orders, checking and
verifying material retest dates, and forecasting materials.
Performed numerous types of physical testing on drug products to support
lab experiments. Experienced with friabilitators, bulk and tap density
testers, micrometers, hardness testers, disintegration baths, weight
distribution analyzers, powder flow ring shear testers, and sieve cut Rotap
machines. Communicated results and observations to formulation scientist.
Developed a system to track usage of tools, managed compression and
encapsulation tooling storeroom; set up inventory of current parts, and
performed maintenance on parts.
Displayed the ability to learn new tasks quickly, accommodate last minute
project changes, and be a resource to perform numerous duties and fulfill
various roles as needs developed.

transfer containers. Performed trouble-shooting for isolator defects;
responsible for integrity testing and air quality tests.
Managed the shipping and receiving of animals including the construction of
shipping containers under aseptic conditions.
Assisted the animal technician team with the organization of workflow;
