Courses pertaining to finance and insurance in all industries but with a major emphasis on the automobile industry,
including but not limited to; the psychology of dealing with professionals and their assets and liabilities, underwriting
credit while maintaining high levels of customer service, creative lending practices with borrowers and lenders both in

For this nationwide high school sports online media company, I was able to use my
transferrable skills to perform many duties such as; being the spokesperson for the
company at different events where media were present, developing strategic partnerships
with the state associations that manage the sports played in the high schools, provided
customer service in order to enhance the relationships between the high schools, the

coaches, student athletes and their parents. My team player skills were utilized in working
closely with the Marketing / Sales departments in order to effectively negotiate manage
and activate corporate sponsorships for the company. Although consistently praised for
being the ultimate self starter and being known for being committed to solving problems
that no one else wanted to address, the pending sale of the company to a local but major
communications company caused Coaches Aid to result in downsizing from being
represented in all 50 states to only 1 state, thus trimming the personnel by 90%, which
included me being laid off as of November 2009.
Mar. 2005 – July 2008 MWC Enterprise, Inc. Okc, Ok. Director of Finance
In this position, my self starter skills were used to package and broker several different
types of loan request such as; residential (FHA/VA/Conventional/Unconventional),
commercial (purchase/refinance/acquisition/factoring), signature (personal/business),
automobile and heavy duty trucking (fleet/consumer), business (small/large) and church
loans. With my gifted and talented interpersonal skills, I developed relationships with
lending institutions and in some cases “hard money” individuals in order to send them
loan request that had been originated for the possible funding or and/or the acquisition of
a business venture. In some cases, my organized and responsible project management
skills were retained whenever necessary, to assist a CEO, CFO, Managing Partner etc, in
jump starting the new or renewed business venture. Due to the economic downfall, the
majority of the lending institutions and individuals that I used for the funding of loan
request had to go out of business, leading to a direct effect on my clients and myself.
Jan. 2004 – Mar. 2005 Lending Leaders, Inc. Okc, Ok. Branch Manager
A retiring NFL player (Marcus Spriggs of the Green Bay Packers) contracted me for one
year to help his family start a mortgage company from scratch. I was referred to him
because of my problem solving type ability to; interview lending institutions whose
responsibility would be to underwrite originated mortgage loan request for the purchasing
of those mortgage loans, hire and train potential loan officers, develop and maintain
strategic relationships within the community in order to start a referral and lead base
system. I also performed all of the duties of a Branch Manager of a full service mortgage
company. Upon the completion of my one year contract and being the committed team
player that I have always displayed to be, I stayed on for an additional 90 days in order to
hire and train an office manager to take my place.
Jan. 2003 – Jan. 2004 Sunset Financial Group. Okc, Ok. Executive Loan Officer
For this international finance company, my strength in loan origination allowed me to
submit commercial loan request for the determination of closing and funding on specified
international loans. My committed, responsible and problem solving skills allowed me to
hold multiple positions such as; project manager, the training of other new loan officers

in other countries via satellite, assistant to the CEO and due diligence officer for
packages submitted to lending institutions. Eventually, the corporate office was relocated
overseas and “Post 9 11” wasn’t an attractive move for me, so I resigned and stayed in
Oklahoma.
Jan. 2002 Jan. 2003 Conseco Finance Addison, Tx. Sr. Loan Officer
For the mortgage division at this company, I originated and closed loans for the current
customers in every division and performed the functions associated with the residential
mortgage loan process for FHA/VA, Conventional & Mobil Home loans. In November
2002, the company made US history by filing the 3rd largest bankruptcy filing ever and
eventually closed that division for good by February 2003.
Jan. 2001 – Jan. 2002 Capital Resources Fin. Arlington, Tx. Director of Finance
This was a “middle man” office that matched automobile borrowers with the autos of
their choice for either purchasing or leasing options. My responsible skills in loan
origination allowed me to appropriate the type of loan request and secure financing or
leasing products through verified lending institutions and based on customers credit
profile. Unfortunately, after the 9 11 attacks, the automobile purchasing and leasing
markets went to a standstill and the office had to close its doors for too long of a period of
time for me to wait around.
Jan. 1999 – Jan. 2001 V.T. Enterprises Arlington, Tx. Director of Finance
Upon the completion of my certified F/I degree from the Van Tuyl School of Finance &
Insurance, along with working as an intern, I was initially offered this position utilizing
my self starter skills to develop and implement a program to a group of banks that would
be dedicated to the funding of automobile loan request to marginal credit customers on
high end vehicles. After successfully doing so at many of this dealership group’s high end
owned dealerships, I was offered a final position as the group’s director of finance,
traveling to their various locations to perform problem solving type duties of closing
loans and matching customers with lenders to fund automobile loan request. After
building a home and the birth of my newborn daughter, having to travel weekly just
wasn’t working out within my family. So I resigned from the group.
Aug. 1996 – Dec. 1998 S.A.M.C.O. Accpt. Corp. Dallas, Tx. Dir. of Credit
As the sister company to Consumer Portfolio Services, who was auto loan lender to
franchise dealerships nationwide, this company served as auto loan lender to the
independent dealerships nationwide. My final role as an organized problem solver, was to
manage, develop and assist in implementing policy and procedures for the CFO’s and
CEO’s of those independent auto dealers, in order for them to mature their own credit and
collection departments so that they might be able to originate, underwrite, fund and
collect on potential loans from their local customers. Having the ability to successfully
train senior level executives; extensive knowledge in reading, grading and understanding

credit reports; scoring and rating overall credit scenarios; evaluating risk and utilizing
creative skip tracing techniques were all used as my personal skill sets in preparation for
my final promotion as Director of Credit and Collections. Unfortunately, stockholders
decided that the value of the stock in the company wasn’t worth the ROI ultimately
decided to close the doors to SAMCO at the end of 1998.
Jan. 1995 – Aug. 1996 Jayhawk Accpt. Corp. Dallas, Tx. Regional Dir. of Finance
This lending institution financially backed automobile dealerships nationwide with the
ability to finance their own customers with a turn key package from the initial loan
origination to the receivables collected on the back end. My self starting role was to
identify potential dealerships, manage and train the CEO or dealership principle owner,
along with their staff on the day to day operation and fundamentals of our financing
program, in addition to hosting that group when they flew into the Dallas office for such
training. Unfortunately, the receivables on the back end superseded the fees collected on
the front end and the company had to close its doors and file for bankruptcy protection.
Dec. 1993 – Jan. 1995 Reliant Mortgage Corp. Dallas, Tx. Sr. Loan Officer
Upon my completion of the certified training courses for FHA/VA/Conventional &
Unconventional loan originating, I earned a permanent position with this company where
I utilized my organizational and interpersonal skills to originate mortgage loan request
from a weekly radio show that this company was known for statewide. Eventually, the
market hit a 30yr high as far as interest rates and 11 of the 12 offices were closed and
staff was downsized and I was included in the lay offs.
May 1992 – Nov. 1993 BGB Finance, Inc. Dallas, Tx. Dir. Of Operations
This was a finance company that was owned by the nations 4th largest Mazda dealership
in the nation (Big Billy Barrett), where I utilized my creative and self starting skills to
maximize customer potential by introducing the financing of (in house) the turned down
customers trying to purchase new/used vehicles. I utilized the traded in vehicles by
collecting the ACV (Actual Cash in Vehicle) in the form of a down payment from the
originally turned down customer, thus creatively allowing them to restore their credit by
making payments to our office on a weekly or bi weekly basis. My lending operations
skill sets were utilized daily to fulfill these tasks either by myself or managing others to
perform them. Although the profits exceeded projections and collections were at a .02%
delinquency, the owner’s eventually decided their image was too high of importance to
accept the types of customers that were attracted to their dealership location and because
of the service that office provided, thus closing the operation and allowing those future
customers to go down the street to their competition.

This company identified committed team player within me, so I was eventually certified
to train department heads and new hires the “Marriott way” of exceptional customer

service, for new properties built or purchased in Oklahoma and in Texas. I gained honors
as employee of the month and was a runner up for employee of the year as a result of
demanding excellence in the field of Customer Service and by being the ultimate in
problem solving. Upon reaching my 5th yr anniversary, I resigned to finish my studies in a
more profitable career.
