I was responsible for plant floor quality and successfully completion of
production volumes was met delivered on time and met quality expectations
100 %. Through out the day I performed visual inspections as directed in
our control plan. I performed incoming inspection for raw material on cable
sections of assembly products and reviewed for deflective product. I had
total responsibility for customer quality issues and satisfaction in terms
of setting up containment and sorts. I compiled our data and with my
Supervisor analyzed and reported out finding to the customer for approval
to corrective actions. Other activities would include me writing work
instructions and publishing 8D through acceptance and concern closure. I
publishing and maintained monthly quality measures including on time
delivery, associate production volumes, track internal and external
corrective actions reports, and tracked scrap levels. I successfully lead
quality certification efforts for SJI which lead to becoming ISO 9001/2000
certified 2007 and 2008 for the 1 year surveillance audit - I was SJI's
lead auditor.

03/1999 - 03/2007 Tooling Buyer and Quality Engineer
As buyer I was responsible for tooling quotes for production connector
parts for internally sourced production items. I was responsible for cost
analysis development and final source selection. In 2002 I was promoted
into Internal Quality and was sent to school for Supplier Quality
Engineering Certification in 2003 through Eastern Michigan University and
Certified through the EMU School of Quality.
Advance Quality responsibilities were additional and I participated
as AQE in APQP launch teams. In these roles approved at minimum- 300 PPAP
packages of the 4th edition AIAG standard- reviewed the required 25
elements to meet ISO/TS standard, over an 8 year period. Lead 25-
30 investigations from concern to corrective action and closure
for connector failure modes ranging from "wrong material" used in
production run, "voids in connector' resulting from high pressure in
injection process, to "brittle/breaking" shields resulting from a lack of
humidity. Utilized "Daimler Chrysler" Process Sign Off - A time study
approach in review of production lines for product launch for automotive
products. Two of the projects I utilized this in were for the 2005 GMC
Colorado and the 2006 F150 transmission shield. I was also a member of the
quality team responsible for standardizing all of Yazaki companies PPAP
process document storage system between all Yazaki corporate
divisions America, Europe and Asia. "GQRS"

04/1995 - 03 1999 Purchasing Agent
Maintained approved production supply sources of mechanical fasteners for
Ford Customer Service Division. Responsible for maintaining inventory
levels and reordering when stock fell below safety stock levels. Order
processing was facilitated through EDI order processing software.

From 1996 to 2006 I participated in the Livonia Michigan volunteer
Probation Officer program. This activity is recognized by the State of
Michigan for the service it provided to the community of Livonia and the
court system. As a probation officer my responsibilities would provide
reporting of acceptable completion of the "orders of probation" form the
court offenders.
