desktop, printer and network service levels, maintain EPO and LANDesk servers.

Maintenance and Management of Cisco switches located in branch offices. This includes but is not

Ensure that physical desktop connections (i.e. RJ-45 Ethernet jacks, RJ-11 telephone modem jacks,

connectors between PCs and servers, etc.) are in proper working order, and that all network maps are

accurate and up to date.

Write technical specifications / documentation for Purchase of Printer, PCs, desktop hardware and

related products, End users, Work processes

Network Administration functions including but not limited to user and e-mail accounts, network

security implementation, and Active Directory and Intranet user maintenance.
