If the customer cannot produce an adequate payment in the specified time,
I use a 28'-0" extension ladder to disconnect the wire that leads to their
home from the telephone pole. I passed an extensive background check to
obtain the position.

Provided concrete and formwork takeoffs for many successful concrete
structural shell bids. Communicated with the Chief Estimator and the GC's
to determine scope of work and ensure that all necessary items were
included in bids. Solicited bids from rebar suppliers, placers, post
tension companies and concrete suppliers. Produced Excel spreadsheets with
formulas to speed up the takeoff process. Analyzed plans and
specifications for discrepancies. Made logical assumptions when plans were
lacking information and qualified the assumptions in the bid. Multi-tasked
with the Engineering Department by using AutoCAD to provide layout and
shoring drawings for field personnel. Worked on Miami Intermodal Center
jobsite for 6 months during a joint venture with Baker Concrete producing
layout drawings and detailing formwork.
