clerical, and EMR team of 14+ FTE. Train new staff
on Eclipsys imaging software and procedures for
department.
Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Access
database for Quality Assurance and Improvement of
imaged documents. Volumes to 50,000 documents
weekly within department. Process QA on
approximately 2% of monthly volumes and report to
outsource director monthly.
Responsible for hiring and training of new staff,
performance evaluations, quality and productivity
standards development.
Crystal reports preparation, troubleshoot Eclipsys
software issues, assist in software upgrade, and
work with Information Systems staff to ensure daily
productivity levels are not impacted due to system
issues.
