Performs all administrative support activities for the President & CEO and

the Chief Operations Officer. Responsible for the overall operation of the

executive office including but not limited to mail distribution,

coordinating and scheduling of meetings, calendar coordination, travel

arrangements, answering phones, filing, and event planning. Responsible

for the processing of expense reports for management and all Sales &

Marketing staff, invoice processing, and purchase orders for the corporate

Worked closely with all levels of management and various departments on

issues dealing with space allocation. Handled the coordination of outside

vendors to perform repairs, maintenance work, and construction changes

chosen benefit programs.

with various departments ensuring all current policies were enforced and

also developed any additional policies or procedures needed for company

Administrative Supervisor

Successfully supervised the administrative assistants reporting to the

Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Executive

Vice President of Research & Development, the Director of Information
