Superintendent responsible for entire operation from pre-con meetings with

government officials to final inspection for C O's on turn key commercial

projects ranging in size of $500,000.00 to $1,350,000.00 with strict

construction schedules.

installation of underground utilities and infrastructure repairs including

Over twenty years of construction experience in progressive assignments as

foreman, superintendent, lead operator, self-employed contractor, and

president of a New Jersey construction corporation.

Responsibilities include work procedures, scheduling, cost control project

specification conformity, and establishment of manpower levels, monitoring

and implementing safety programs, project conformance to national, local,

and/or company building codes and maintenance of accurate records.

manner. Monitor craft performance relative to budget, schedules, and

construction and architectural discrepancies. Coordinate movement and use

of equipment and supplies in procurement. Inspect field work to evaluate

construction progress.
