Burnett Medical Center. May 2007 to September 2009. Clinical Pharmacist, Manager, Director, Consultant.
Duties Include: All pharmaceutical services for Critical Access Hospital, ER, Long Term Care facility and Rural

This agency provides temporary medical staffing for various locations such as, hospitals, clinics, retail and long
term care facilities. Main duties included filling in as staff pharmacist where needed. This required great
flexibility, organization and communication, as well as a presentable, friendly attitude.
Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center. April 2000 to June 2004. Staff IV and Decentral Pharmacist.
I.V. duties included: Reviewing orders for TPN, Factor, chemotherapy, specially compounded PRISMA &
dialysates and other parenteral medications for adult, pediatric & NICU patients. Supervising and checking the
compounding of such orders after assuring the appropriate dosage and route, as well as concentration and base
stabilities. Supervising and checking all other I.V. fluids, drug information & researching protocols.
Decentral duties included: aiding any pharmacy station that was overwhelmed, as well as coordinating and
covering many breaks. This not only required knowledge of each station, but also required a great deal of
organizing, prioritizing, multitasking and communication. Doing runs for each floor, answering nursing and
physician questions, reviewing orders for appropriate drug, dosage and route, pharmacokinetics and entering
orders.
Eckerd Pharmacy. August 1998 to May 2000. Pharmacist in Charge/ Staff Pharmacist.
Duties included: Reviewing medication orders and dispensing medications after assuring appropriate drug,
dosage and route of administration, drug information for healthcare providers and patients. Management of the
pharmacy, including supervision & management of several technicians and pharmacists, scheduling and
