Duties: As a server and bartender, I worked both lunch and dinner with
other restaurant employees as a team in order to provide the best customer
service possible to each guest. I used various marketing techniques in
order to enhance individual and restaurant sales, while maintaining a
positive attitude and being a consistent leader for the team As a Team
Lead, I assisted the management team in creating a great guest experiences,
I also would work as the grill cook when necessary and ran all other
restaurant areas. On a weekly basis, I would oversee the work performance
of all restaurant employees, prepare bank deposits, prepare the daily
produce orders, interview prospective employees, and orientate new
employees. Also as a Team lead, I wrote the FOH (Front of House) schedule
on a weekly basis for 25+ employees (dealing with request off's and
ensuring those working were of sufficient quality for the shift),

most successful CSR in completing this task.
