opportunities, financial looks, and key activities.
. Responsible for managing, streamlining, and refreshing our SharePoint
site including uploading new documents such as IDC Reports, weekly
activity reports, TS organizational announcements, creating new
document library folders and sub-folders, creating new SharePoint
sites for external partners, and allowing rights/access including
reading rights, ownership rights, and contributing rights to the
various SharePoint sites based on the need.
. Develop weekly due date calendars for the Vice President of Business
Development, reflecting due dates for newsletters, blogs, events, and
conference calls/meetings.
. Participate in the weekly FY '10 TS Alliance Forecast Review meeting
as well as the weekly GTM status reviews through various streams of
communication such as HP Virtual Room, Webinars, and NET Meetings,
discussing team goals and progress with our SI's (System Integrators),
ISV's(Independent Software Vendors), and Advisory Firms, review
Consulting Growth Summaries and Order Value Performances, scorecards,
comparing our Aspire numbers to our Actuals, and creating goals
/growth plans for FY '11; create Power Point presentation based on the
content discussed.
