as any other requested type of steel structure.

The steel brand used for the metallic guardrails: S235JR according to EN

10025-2:1990 standard. First established in 2004, the company relies on a

highly qualified personnel and wide range operational processing equipment,

which together with the ongoing investments will guarantee our success on

the market as well as our client's satisfaction. We can manufacture

metallic guardrails for highways and other road categories in accordance

with different standards:

- Romanian (STAS 1948-1:1991)

- German (TL-SP 99)

- Italian (UNI EN 1317)

Responsibilities:

Welding engineer. My responsibility includes the coordination of the

welders, the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard and DIN 3834 for

FCAW, GSAW in the welding department. As the welding engineer of the

company I have supervised the welding of the test pieces for the standard

3834 performing the visual inspection and the documentation for NDT and

mechanical testing.

Achievements: along with my colleagues, I can say we have created a

team that can perform high quality projects of welders and I managed to

obtain the BAST certification (see German norm TL-SP 99 for metallic safety

guardrail systems).

Achievements:

Welding Engineer. My responsibilities include coordinating welders,

implementing ISO9001

Standards DIN18800, ISO 3834 for welding department. As the welding

engineer of the

Company I surveyed the welder welding test pieces for 3834 and 18800

standard implementation,

I performed visual inspection and documentation for NDT, mechanical testing

and I managed

to obtain the BAST certification
