dollar operation, with 480 employees, working three shifts over seven

days and processing 500,000 pounds of raw/frozen meat weekly resulting in

400,000 pounds of finished goods shipped weekly.

. Managed the production of a new product released July 2009 for a

distribution agreement with Frito Lay that resulted in 16 million meat

sticks, 1,000,000 pounds, made in three months.
