Professional Experience

OPERATION: CONTROLS/STANDARDS/TRAINING

Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant

team.

Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met.

Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance

program.

Entire kitchen must meet all health and safety requirements, as mandated by law.

Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and delegate staff to ensure the goals of the kitchen are met daily.

Attend monthly bar meeting with vendors to decide which house brands we are going to use next month.

Preparing reports at the end of the shift including labor costs and sales.

Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.

Greeting customers and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
