1. Qualification of all the bids/proposals from the specialty
contractors, material suppliers and other vendors prior to
establishing the budget for the estimate/proposal.
2. Preparation of complete proposal/estimate packages for submittal
to owner/architect including:
a. Qualifications by CSI Divisions
b. Evolve AIA Contract Documents
c. Cost Breakdown Package
d. Identify/Qualify/Quantify Allowances, if necessary
3. Negotiation of contract with client/client's
representative/architect.
4. Cost engineering of project, if and when necessary, to achieve
desired budget.
5. Creation of "project plan" prior to commencement.
6. Creation of critical path "base" construction schedule in
Microsoft Project or Primavera Suretrak formats to track the progress
