Capacity Manager for 175 injection molding machines and 4000 tools.

Responsible for placing new work, move existing work, and maintain an 85 %

load per press.

Planner/Scheduler for Herman Miller, Gentex, Dura, plus 30 other smaller

Customers. Planned/scheduled 3000 part numbers by insuring proper demand

was driven in MRP which would drive raw material requirements, capacity

planning, and people needs in our manufacturing areas (molding, foam,

assembly). Coordinated tool build EC changes with Manufacturing,

Engineering and Purchasing. Review/monitored all slow moving items for

obsolescence/disposition.

Worked with cross functional teams (sales, engineering, manufacturing, IT),

in accomplishing tasks.

Excellent organizational, problem solving and written/verbal communication

skills, and teamwork were a must.
