Manage day-to-day converting facility with $10M annual operating budget, 10 direct exempt employees
and 87 union hourly employees working 24/7. Manage and monitor production, quality, order management,
shipping, inventory accuracy, maintenance, employee safety, OSHA and environmental compliance.

Develop annual operating budget, production plan by equipment, equipment availability, quality, yield,
safety, and employee staffing.
