ABQ Health PARTNERS June 2009 to June 2010

Vice President, Human Resources

ABQ Health Partners is the largest independent multi-specialty medical

group in the southwest. In November of 2007, the group spun off from an 87

year old health system organization that included physicians, hospitals and

a health insurance component. As the VP Human Resources my primary

responsibilities included talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS,

compensation, benefits, and organizational development. I was hired to

bring the human resource organization to the next level by improving

processes, increasing patient and employee satisfaction, reducing turnover,

improving physician retention and satisfaction, and introducing a group

wide change in corporate culture.

Major accomplishments include:

> Established a physician and mid-level provider focus group dedicated

to improving provider satisfaction and increasing retention

> Reduced open physician requisitions from 34 in Q2 to 10 at the end of

2009

> Introduced a corporate communication matrix to ensure communication

flows from executive level to staff employees and back up the chain

> Revised HR policies and practices to reflect the new company

environment

> Signed contract with the State of New Mexico for $150K in training

reimbursements

> Completed Electronic Health Record "go live" training materials

ECLIPSE AVIATION CORPORATION April 2002 to May 2009

Vice President, Human Resources and Administration

As Vice President of Human Resources for a start-up aviation company,

played a key role by leading Human Resources strategies and initiatives

that supported the business objectives of the company's markets. As a

member of the Eclipse Aviation executive staff, participated in and

supported strategic decisions for a high performing, competency based

culture. Provided executive coaching to the Senior Leadership Team and

other members of management and staff.

> Created a cost savings of $8M in relocation expenses by developing and

implementing technical training programs and partnership with local

Reporting to the CEO of a global, fixed base, wireless corporation served

on the executive staff as Vice President of Human Resource and Facilities.

In line with the corporate vision and the corresponding goals, provided

strategic direction for organizational growth and oversaw related daily

activities for: Human Resources, Facilities, Real Estate, Safety and

Security.

Key accomplishments:

> Developed processes for due diligence and compliance activities related

corporation. Led the successful worldwide human resource merger effort of

Arbor Software and Hyperion Software. Merger activities included culture

integration, health and welfare benefit redesign, total-compensation

redesign and implementation. Developed and oversaw Hyperion University

corporate training initiatives included employee development, "soft skills"

training and communication programs for both incumbent employees/managers

as well as those from acquired company. Designed and implemented reward

and recognition programs which reduced turnover to less than 1% per month.

Established human resource consulting practice which focused on providing

HR services to small and medium size companies. Focus areas included
