Currently engaged with the United States Department of Defense Missile
Defense Agency engineering and implementing the ITIL Version 3 standards
throughout the global agency. My role is to coordinate, provide, maintain,
and improve the Business and Technical Services Portfolio for the agency,
integrate the ITIL Lifecycle processes into the enterprise, provide
oversight to IT Services, engineer Operational and Service Level
Agreements, engineer and provide the support metrics, and provide an
advisory role in support of, "the greatest technological achievement of our
time".
Independent Consulting; Senior Consultant: 2009
Advised a heavy equipment manufacturer through an enterprise study to
determine resource and approach for a global JD Edwards Enterprise One
strategy.
Supported an enterprise Oracle approach for a global consumer packaged
goods manufacturer.
Wolverine Tube; Chief Information Officer: 2008-2009
Responsible for the global information technology infrastructure,
application delivery, and information services for a $1 Billion global
fabrication and distribution enterprise serving retail, plumbing, and HVAC
markets.
Replaced the core processing infrastructure and global network, Reduced the
global staffing and IT spend over thirty percent, Developed and began
executing a strategy to replace multiple applications with a single JD
Edwards instance.
Impact Fulfillment; Director, Information Services: 2007-2008
Responsible for information services for a national logistics provider
servicing Revlon, Procter and Gamble, Elmer's Glue, and Novartis.
Brought multiple locations on-line through full life cycle project
management. Placed automated linkages between the company and its SAP based
customers. Reengineered the company's telephony infrastructure.
United Technologies, Kidde; Chief Information Officer: 2002-2007
Global IT responsibility for an international manufacturer, marketer, and
distributor of fire safety products to consumer packaged goods, military,
and industrial markets with organizations in the US, Canada, Mexico, and
China.
Replaced legacy applications with the latest version of JD Edwards E1.
Managed merger and acquisition technology efforts. Transformed the
infrastructure and processes to SOX compliance. Implemented linkages
between the company and its customers. Reengineered the global
infrastructure.

Senior IT professional for an international branded textile and apparel
producer servicing the retail, military, industrial, and major branded
markets.
Replaced the legacy applications with JD Edwards Xe then converted to
Enterprise One (E1). Conducted new business start-ups in the Caribbean
Basin. Managed Computer Operations including telephony and business
continuity. Honored as "Employee of the Year".
