Steered HR activities for over 80 employees at two locations, during several
major ownership and organizational changes, which led to the creation of the
first CDS clearinghouse in the US finance history.
Lead restructuring and talent acquisition process for ICE Trust's new
organization, which resulted in the elimination of 35 positions, including
Senior VP level, and creation of 2 new departments with 22 new positions in
the Risk Management, Legal / Compliance and Business Intelligence/ Product
Strategy Departments.
Redesigned TCC's Performance Review process by changing the review year to
"October to September" rather than "January to December". This change helped
align and streamline the bonus and merit compensation planning and budgeting,
which resulted in a faster response from the managers, less than 2% payroll
errors and an increase in the employee satisfaction.
Redesigned health and wellness benefits by adding wellness incentives to our
self funded plans which reduced claims paid by 25% in 2008.
Managed due diligence and benefits and compensation integration process as a
result of TCC acquisition by Intercontinental Exchange.
