. I started operating the Point to Point, which is a CNC
machine that bores and cuts holes in wood that is used
to build up scale cabinets.
. I also worked in final assembly where I would take the
place of the lead man when he was out.
. In January, I was promoted to Supervisor of the
Specialty department. I was tasked with getting the
inventory organized and accurate and ensuring that all
specialty products are completed on time.
. I have written SOP's for how we wire and construct all
of our specialty products.
. I am currently doing a cost analysis on using different
materials for our cabinets in order to save money and
reduce our prices.

. I was hired in February to be the night warehouse
manager for a new division we were opening in University
Park.
. I was given the responsibility of slotting the entire
warehouse along with the day warehouse supervisor.
. Before and after the startup of the distribution center
I helped in the interviewing and hiring process.
. We started shipping at the end of March and I had 2
direct reports and 35 indirect reports.
. I was responsible for all aspects of the shipping
process. One of my main focuses was increasing
productivity considering I had a brand new crew. While
increasing productivity, I was focusing on safety,
accuracy and the reduction of overtime.
. Every week we increased productivity and saw our quality
rise as well.
US Foodservice
Jackson, MS 03/08 - 02/09
. In March, I transferred to the Jackson MS division as
night warehouse manager. As night manager I had 4
direct reports and 46 indirect reports.
. By fully utilizing the systems we had, such as Voxware,
we increased our cases per man hour from 89 to 98 and
decreased our overtime by half going from 16 percent
down to 8 percent.
. In April, we installed Red Prairie which is the same
system that we used for productivity standards in
Cleveland.
. In July, we installed Truckbuilder which is the program
we used to map out our trucks.
. In October we started rolling out Operational Excellence
which helped the division focus on all areas that were
in need of improvement.
Cleveland, OH 02/06 -- 03/08
. Started with USF as night warehouse supervisor. Within
a year, I was promoted to night warehouse manager. I
had 2 direct reports and 50 indirect reports.
. In June of 2006 we brought in Red Prairie, which is the
new program we used for our productivity standards.
. Kronos is done daily and is turned into the payroll
department weekly.
. I focused my team's attention in different areas. One
is to reducing overtime. With proper staffing, we were
able to reduce our overtime significantly from 13% to
5%. We also focused on the quality of our loads which
shorts play a big part.
. In 2007 we installed Voxware and Truckbuilder which
helped increase our productivity and reduce overtime.
. We had a successful rollout of Operational Excellence
which helped us track how successful we were as a
division.
. Every day we stress the importance of Safety, Accuracy
and Productivity.

. Started with AAP as an exception runner on 3rd shift
production.
. After 8 months in production, I was move to 2nd shift
Inventory Control. I helped decrease our MMO rate from
.8 percent down to a .2 percent. After a year I was in
IC I was promoted to 3rd shift putaway supervisor.
. As 3rd shift putaway supervisor I had 24 direct reports
and I was able to take the department from working
overtime and never completing the job to consistently
finishing the work load in the allotted time. I put an
auditing process in place and was able to bring the
average productivity from 70% to an average of 120%
within two months.
. After six months as putaway supervisor I was promoted to
3rd shift receiving manager. As the receiving manager I
had 2 direct reports and 36 indirect reports. After six
months as receiving manager, I was moved to the weekend
shift.
. As the weekend manager, I was tasked with getting it
straightened out. Every week the weekend shift feel
short of its' goals, which was mainly to complete all
PO's from the week and to ensure that every Monday
started out in a positive position from an Inbound stand
point. Since I had taken over the weekend shift, we met
and exceeded all goals set for us for a consecutive six
months.
. After six months as the weekend manager, I was promoted
to Inventory Control Manager.

. At the end of '98 I was promoted to Assistant Manager
